The last step is to don protective gear, and inspect the crawlspace, paying close attention to the condition of the foundation, and the supporting post and beam assemblies. This is not performed with a slab on grade type structure. We will give you a verbal description of the data we’ve collected, once complete, and can usually deliver the written report that same evening via email. We will make repair recommendations, as well as a rough cost estimate, and can refer to a few different companies that specialize in foundation repairs.
